Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the jewelry is in its original condition, unworn, and includes all original packaging, certificates, and tags for a successful verification.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item back in its original Khushbu Jewellers box and use the provided tamper-evident shipping bag to prevent damage during transit.

  Refund Processing

  Once our gemologists verify the item's authenticity and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
